My trips have a significant amount of metadata attached to them, from dates of departure and locations to all sorts of info about places and events. Not all of it is readily available, so it will grow as more comes to mind, or surfaces in one form or another. One notable, and unusual way of fixing a date, was my visit to Matmatat-Al-Qadimal. It snowed when we where there. It does not snow often it the Sahara Desert. That day made the news and can be found on the internet. Date fixed.
Instead of being formed in articles as is the main bulk of this website, the data has been collected into a database. Links to the tables are found in the My Trip Data menu below.
In addition to the Trip data there is a list of the countries of the world including flags and UN regions. This list is used in the database, but is also available to you as a reference document.
